In addition to the below “fine print” below, we ask that all clients follow this Code of Ethics:

• Stop Selling Start Connecting: The Community is about building relationships. You will get sales and grow your revenue, but the goal here is to start building meaningful relationships. Please do not add all Community members to a sales funnel or mass marketing without the Community members consent.
• Others Focused & Giver Mentality: Building meaningful relationships only works if the Community Members are focused on helping other members. Members must be willing to provide value via connections, education, and resources.
• Respect The Connection Chain: Please make sure to clearly communicate with Community members about any connections they have made. This will help members to make high-quality and more aligned connections for you and other members of the Community. In addition, if you have a referral agreement in place with any Community members, please make sure to follow through on that agreement.

At any time if you are found to not be aligned with the Code of Ethics, we will ask you to leave the Community or Mastermind and we will remove your access to provided Resources.

Here is the “fine print” about working together.

Cancellation Policy:

Community Memberships are nonrefundable. You are agreeing to be a member for one year. If you have a “referral agreement” membership then the referral agreement must stay active for the entirety of your membership. Should your referral agreement not be fulfilled or there be an issue with payment you will be removed from the Community.

Intellectual Property

The Parties acknowledge that the Client shall hold all rights proprietary in any work product resulting from working with Your Referral Partner including, but not limited to, copyright and patents. Your Referral Partner agrees not to claim any such ownership in any intangible property created insofar as to the services provided for the Client at any time prior to or after the completion and delivery of work to the said client.

Confidentiality

Your Referral Partner agrees to refrain from disclosing to any third party any details regarding the Client’s business, including any information regarding any of the Client’s customers and businesses. The terms and conditions contained in this agreement shall constitute Confidential Information, and the recipient of the Confidential Information undertakes and agrees to keep confidential the Confidential Information by applying the same care that it would employ with respect to its own Confidential Information. The Consultant shall not disclose, transmit, or convey, wholly or partially, the confidential information to any third party without the written consent of the other party.

The foregoing notwithstanding, if the recipient of the confidential information is legally compelled or required by any governmental body, court, or competent authority to disclose any such confidential information if shall promptly notify the other party so that the latter may be able to seek a protective order or avail itself of other appropriate remedies and/or waive compliance with the provisions hereof. The provisions of this section shall survive the termination of this Contract for whatever reason.

Non-Solicitation

Solicitation to any business from the Company’s clients, prospects, employees, or contractors shall not be allowed and shall prevent the Your Referral Partner from doing so within one (1) year after termination of working together unless otherwise approved by the Client. Your Referral Partner shall not, directly, or indirectly, do any acts or attempt to perform any acts of recruitment, solicitation, or inducement to any of the Company’s employees, or contractors to work for another company.

Indemnification

Your Referral Partner shall be indemnified and protected by the Client from and against any lawsuit and costs of any kind in relation to the Client’s business due to any action or inaction by the Client based on the Your Referral Partner’s Services.
